The Sweet Dahlia

I'm Chris, owner of The Sweet Dahlia, a home-based scratch bakery in Indianapolis built on French pastry technique with Southern flavors. Every item, from laminated croissant doughs to hand-finished tarts, is baked from scratch in small batches, with a vintage-inspired aesthetic that carries through the branding and presentation. What started with cinnamon rolls and a signature Mississippi Mud Pop Tart has grown into a full lineup of laminated pastries, and I'm always developing new items that bring classic Southern flavors into a more refined, French-technique format. I currently sell through a Square Online storefront and school-based drops around Indianapolis, and I'm looking to bring that same handcrafted approach to a farmers market audience.
