We are a local Idaho business that makes and drizzles hand crafted gourmet caramel corn and popcorn with olive oil. Some of our flavors are parmesan truffle, garlic, green chili cheddar, lemon lavender and whiskey caramel. We may also offer fresh lemon aid and specialty popcorn balls at our market booths. Our store is online and we love to help with corporate, party, and event gatherings. We make a great alternative treat for birthdays and school carnivals.

I am a foodie at heart and though never formally trained, I love to dabble in the kitchen and concoct recipes. My latest acquisition of Idaho Popcorn allows access to larger amounts of popcorn to test and share my favorite olive oil flavors. Health is very important to a long and successful life so after incorporating Olivin olive oil into our meals regularly, my snacking habits took me to the sweet and savory flavors that a simple base of popcorn can turn into. It is one ingredient we can coat, ball up. caramelize and serve in buckets. And now in using olive oil, it can be dairy free as well. We'll Shuck and A-maize you!
