We are a French family with over 20 years of experience creating authentic homemade food. In France, we built our reputation through catering, festivals, and farmers markets, sharing handcrafted recipes made with passion and the finest ingredients.

After moving to Florida, we continued our culinary adventure in Sarasota, where we successfully operated a catering company, participated in festivals and farmers markets, and owned a popular breakfast and lunch restaurant.

Now, we are thrilled to call Gainesville home. In just a few weeks, we will proudly open our new restaurant in Downtown Gainesville, featuring a unique blend of French, European, and American-inspired cuisine.

We would love the opportunity to become part of your market family by offering handcrafted baked goods made fresh every day, including:

Each product is made from scratch using traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients to deliver an authentic European bakery experience that is still rare in North Central Florida.

If possible, we would also like to apply for a second booth dedicated to our famous traditional Spanish paella, freshly prepared on-site. The aroma, presentation, and interactive cooking experience make it a favorite at festivals and a great attraction for customers.
