Hello, I'm Lisa - the owner and baker behind Pop-pop's Cookie Shop. I became a grandmother (Mom-mom) a little over a year ago and my husband (Pop-pop) is the name behind the brand (because he LOVES cookies :o)I'm a mom of 4 and grandmother to one and one on the way! I've always loved baking and decided I wanted to create a cookie that was not only delicious but also made of simple quality ingredients that families could feel good about eating and giving to their kids. We make our cookies with love from scratch in our cottage kitchen
