I’m a local personal trainer working out of Fitness 360 in Palm Harbor, helping people improve their strength, mobility, balance, fitness, and overall health. At my booth, I’ll be offering free fitness assessments, simple fitness challenges, raffles and giveaways, along with information about SilverSneakers and the fitness options available at Fitness 360. My goal is to connect with the community, make fitness approachable, and help people find the right starting point for their individual goals.
