Charlotte’s Home Kitchen’s is a Hudson Valley-based baker, who established her business in 2020 during the pandemic after a long career in fashion. She channelled her fashion sense into her baking business and makes cakes that are as pleasing to look at as they are to eat. She fills them using vegetables from her backyard garden and fair trade, locally sourced ingredients. With a love of pairing unusual tastes together to make beautiful vegan and gluten free cakes.
