Ga's Cookies

Ga's Cookies is a small-batch cookie company founded in New York City and inspired by my grandmother, "Ga." Our signature product is a thin, crispy-yet-chewy chocolate chip cookie made with regionally sourced ingredients, including Ronnybrook Farm butter, Wild Hive flour, and Yellow Bell Farm eggs. While delicious at room temperature, the cookies are uniquely crafted to be even better frozen, creating a distinctive experience that has earned a loyal following at NYC Greenmarkets and local retail partners. Every batch is made by hand by me, and I take pride in sharing both the cookies and the story behind them directly with customers.
