I am passionate about making the best pastries for you. I am a Dutch baker and specialize in Dutch and European Pastries. I use the best ingredients here in the U.S. and I import carefully selected ingredients from Holland (that are not available in the U.S.) such as Almond Paste and specialty spices. I sell my products at local Farmer's Markets - Melrose Farmer's Market, Melrose, MA Thursdays, 1pm to 6pm, (June through October) & Salem Farmer's Market, Salem, NH year round on Sundays 10am to 12pm.
