Our organic coffee beans are roasted over an open flame in a one-of-a-kind, brick roaster. Our wood-fired coffee roasting process results in greater body and lower acidity, which translates to a rich, smooth, balanced coffee on your palate. There's nothing quite like a cup of Summer Moon coffee.

Moon Milk® is our signature sweet cream. It's a family recipe made of 7 top-secret ingredients. It does not contain honey or major food allergens. Moon Milk can be made dairy-free for you using oat, soy, almond or coconut milk; your choice.
