Balila's Kitchen

Balila’s Kitchen is a locally owned Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food business based in Ohio, specializing in fresh, authentic, handcrafted foods inspired by traditional family recipes and flavors from the Middle East.
We prepare a variety of ready-to-eat and packaged foods, with a strong focus on high-quality ingredients, fresh preparation, and traditional flavors. Our products include several varieties of creamy, smooth hummus, traditional garlic spread (toum), labneh and other Mediterranean dips, tabbouleh salad, stuffed grape leaves, pita bread, pita chips, and cold-pressed juices. Our products are prepared in small batches to maintain freshness, quality, and consistency.
At farmers markets, customers can sample and purchase our selection of refrigerated and shelf-stable packaged foods, allowing them to enjoy authentic Middle Eastern flavors at home. We take pride in offering foods that are both approachable for customers who are discovering Middle Eastern cuisine for the first time and familiar and authentic for customers who already know and love these traditional flavors.
Our goal at Balila’s Kitchen is to bring high-quality, authentic Middle Eastern food to local communities while creating an engaging farmers market experience. We enjoy speaking with customers, offering samples, explaining our ingredients and preparation methods, and introducing people to new foods and flavors.
We are committed to being an active and professional farmers market vendor, maintaining an attractive and welcoming booth, following all applicable food-safety requirements, and providing consistently high-quality products and customer service.
We are currently participating in farmers markets throughout Central Ohio and are looking to build long-term relationships with local markets and their customers.
