Hunter & Hilsberg

Since 1995, Hunter & Hilsberg has been a small-batch maker of specialty fruit preserves, such as jams, jellies, fruit butters, marmalades and sauces. The family fruit farm, located near Skaneateles Lake, is 100% powered by the farm’s renewable energy system. Every product is made using the farm’s sun and wind-powered energy system. The company is a 2009 recipient of the Earth Stewardship award and is a NYS certified Woman Owned business.
