SpaceFruit LLC is a local, family owned business where we use liquid nitrogen as a tool to flash freeze Florida oranges and separate the individual pulps of the orange. It has been called the dip n dots of fruit because we also freeze small pearls of various fruit puree's and other fruit chunks (mango, kiwi, strawberries etc.) and combine them together for a one of a kind frozen fruit bowl or smoothie! You must taste it to believe it!
My name is Kelvin Pearson and I am 25 years old. When I was 17 years old I started a business called Spacefruit LLC where we drove all around the country serving our mouth watering smoothies and Spacefruit at music festivals! In the last few years I have been very drawn to the city of St. Petersburg but even more to the people who live here and have decided to make it our home. We are looking forward to sharing our product with all of you in the near future!
