GRDN KTCHN LLC provides plant-based vegan soul and comfort food via pop up events, meal prep, and catering.
I was born and raised in Bridgeport, CT, and earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from UConn. I have been a math teacher in CT public schools for the past 10 years. I went vegan in 2017. My fiancée Ryan encouraged me to start GRDN KTCHN after seeing my frustrations when eating out. Ryan is an integral part of the operation of GRDN KTCHN. We have a 2-year old son being raised on a plant-based diet.
