Fullblood Wagyu steers are grown in a humane environment and given clean air and plenty of air to roam in open pastures. They're given natural feed and spring water. At the time of harvest, they're humanely transported to the processing facility and fabricated under a 21 day dry aged cycle. After this cycle, the product is then processed, and packed and ready for distribution for our consumers.
Hello, my name is Jaxton Secrest. I'm from Stillwater OK and currently enrolled in Oklahoma State University. I'm majoring in Accounting and Marketing through the Spears School of Business. I started Payne County Beef Co. to educate the general public on the exciting and unique wonders of Wagyu.
