Wiggles an Jiggles is a Yoga and Movement pop-up business. Classes focuses on movement for littles that incorporate yoga. strength and breath work. The mission is to allow children to build foundations of healthy lifestyles that incorporate movement and mindfulness. This benefit support littles in their developement from congnitive, physical to social and emotional learning, and it's all done through play!

Using imagination children will flow basic yoga poses mixed with strenght movements to tell a story with their body. Litlles will also learn meditation and different breathing techniques at the begining and end of class.
