Bread-Chocolate Zucchini

Our Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread recipe is modified to include a few healthier ingredients. We have added fresh milled organic wheat in addition to AP flour and replaced the refined sugars with honey and succanat. Zucchini, butter, eggs, a few pantry spices, cocoa, and chocolate chips complete the recipe. You will receive an 8"x4" loaf. This bread also freezes and packs well for that on the go breakfast or snack.
