Hibiscus Wine

Introducing Hibiscus Wine, Herbal Wine! Herbal Wine is an age old practice that even the Greeks, Romans and ancient Egyptians practiced. We infuse traditional wine grape varietals, like Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Malbec, Merlot etc with healthful herbs and botanicals like Damiana, Rose, Elderberry, Ginseng and so on.

Our current release is Hibiscus Wine. We infuse Pinot Noir with organic Hibiscus flowers and at only 4.5%abv (similar abv to hard kombucha - traditional wine can be well over 14.5%abv). Our wine is low intervention with no artificial flavors, just 5 ingredients:

1.Organic herbs  
2.Non-GMO wine grapes, premium, sourced from a family
3.Non-GMO yeast
4.Filtered water
5.Sulfites (a powerful antioxidant, we add 7ppm, minimal and well below the government limit of 350ppm, and in line with natural wine amounts)

Expect a dry (not sweet), light-bodied wine with notes of wildflowers and dark cherries, perfect for week day nights when you are trying to drink less alcohol. Our wines are low alcoholic, low calorie and low sugar.

Less than .004% of winemakers are African American women and I am excited to pave a way.  

We have a Federal TTB Bonded Winery Basic Permit and an ABC 02 Winegrower license.
