Lao Deli is a Clearwater-based food business specializing in Lao and Southeast Asian savory dishes and traditional sweet treats. We offer two distinct booth concepts—Savory Lao Comfort Foods or Southeast Asian Sweet Treats— depending on the festival, audience, and event organizer's requests.
Our savory menu features dishes such as Nam Khao (crispy rice salad), Larb Gai (Lao herb chicken salad), and Lao sausage, while our dessert menu includes Mango Sticky Rice, Pandan Coconut Woon (floral jelly), and crispy flower cookies.
All food is prepared at Chiang Mai Thai & Sushi Restaurant in Downtown Clearwater, which serves as our licensed commissary kitchen. Select dishes incorporate fresh herbs and specialty produce grown at our farm in Wauchula, Florida.
Through festivals, farmers markets, and community events, our mission is to introduce people to the flavors and traditions of Laos and Southeast Asia through approachable food and memorable cultural experiences.

I'm the founder of Lao Deli, a Tampa Bay-based food business inspired by my Lao heritage and passion for bringing people together through food. With a background in business development and entrepreneurship, I created Lao Deli to introduce the flavors and traditions of Laos and Southeast Asia to new audiences. With help from Nola, she helped with bringing true authentic tastes of Lao food and even won a, Best Overall Bite for a food festival beating out 39 competitors.
Through festivals, farmers markets, and curated dining experiences, we share authentic comfort foods and unique sweet treats while encouraging cultural discovery, one delicious bite at a time.
