Located at **13905 SE Powell Blvd** in Southeast Portland, Play to Grow Preschool #3 (**Site E052**) is a proud **Preschool for All** partner serving Multnomah County families in a warm, nurturing, play-based learning environment. Our convenient location near the intersection of **SE 139th Avenue and Powell Boulevard** makes us easily accessible to families throughout Southeast Portland and neighboring communities. Through Preschool for All, eligible children can attend our high-quality preschool **tuition-free**, with no income requirements. To qualify, children must be **3 or 4 years old by September 1** of the school year they are enrolling in and **live in Multnomah County**. Families must complete the Preschool for All application process and receive a placement through the program before enrolling.
