Take a Bite! PDX Bakery is a Latina-owned, Portland-based bakery that specializes in small-batch artisan cinnamon rolls inspired by traditional baking techniques and the flavors of Mexico and Latin America. Each cinnamon roll is hand-shaped, slow-fermented, baked fresh market morning, and finished with house-made glazes, and frostings.
