Marinated Eggplant

In 1983 Cesarina moved to the States from Regio Calabria, Italy. Along with her came many traditional Italian recipes, including our famous marinated eggplant. We have been crafting and sharing our famous eggplant from our family business in Largo, Fl. The eggplant makes a great topping for grilled steak, chicken and other meats or on a salad. Although our marinated eggplant are very versatile, most would agree it’s best served as an appetizer with wine, cheese and bread. Buon appetito, from our famiglia to yours.
