Southern Giant Mustard Microgreens

Southern Giant Mustard microgreens have the traditional mustard flavor with a touch of spice (more mustard flavor than spice). They bear a white stem with green leaves. Comes living on a 4 inch by 4 inch square hemp mat inside a food-safe, reusable tray. Water every 12 hours. Can last 1-2 weeks.

Seed are non-gmo from true leaf market. Hemp mat is from Terrafibre. Water is ph balanced with Safergro (omri certified for organic use)
