This flour blend is perfect for muffins, pancakes, quick breads or for any recipes that requires a self-rising flour. Use it one for one and no need to add additional leveners (unless your specific recipe calls for it). It produces a light, fluffy and smooth finished baked good. Included with the mix is a recipe for carrot muffins, pancakes and a quick bread.
