Hello friends and new acquaintances! We are the new owners of Harmony Baking Flours. I first met Anna at Pilates, and what began as a simple workout connection quickly grew into a meaningful friendship. Four years ago, my husband Cory was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, our world changed. We suddenly found ourselves replacing nearly everything in our kitchen with gluten-free alternatives – a journey many of you know well. The hardest part by far was finding bread that truly tasted good and had the right texture.
That changed one evening when we attend a small gathering at Anna’s home. She served her homemade bread, and we were instantly hooked. From that moment on, Harmony Baking Flours became a staple in our home and soon the homes of many of our friends and family members who also live with Celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. So, when Anna approached me about taking over the business, the decision felt natural and easy. I’m deeply committed to continuing Harmony’s tradition of care and quality- creating products that taste amazing and make living gluten-free feel effortless. These breads are fresh, flavorful and have the perfect texture, with no compromises and no constraints.
