Each madeleine is baked fresh for market day to achieve a delicate crisp exterior and a soft, buttery interior. We are passionate about introducing customers to an authentic French pastry while continually developing new flavors that celebrate the changing seasons and encourage customers to return throughout the year

Born and raised in France; Madeleines hold a special place in our hearts because they bring back cherished childhood memories. They are a timeless French cake, often enjoyed as a simple comfort with family and friends. We wanted to honor that tradition while giving it a fresh, seasonal twist inspired by the incredible ingredients grown in our region.
