Hello, my name is John Ernst and I own Curds and Whey RVA. I am interested in having a space at your Farmers Market on Fridays. . My products include fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, baked ziti, marinara sauce, tiramisu, chocolate mousse, lasagna, eggplant Parmesan, spoonbread, and I also make heroes, roast beef and mozzarella with au jus gravy and sausage and pepper heroes. All of my products are made by me.

Production Practices

I make all of my products in a commercial kitchen that is inspected by the Board of Health.
I am ServSafe certiofied.
I have been in the food business for over 35 years and I am currently the Food Service Director at a private boys school here in Richmond.
