EUROLAZ
Vendor
We have been a small manufacturing company in Germany for more than 25 years,
there we do a part of the whole manufacturing process.
Our manufacturing process is as follows:
We buy from a drop forgine the forgine (see picture # 1 and picture # 5)
This is how a forgine is created (see picture # 3)
The manufacturing process of the scissors can be seen in the picture # 4
We buy our forgine at the phase, uneven or drilled piece ( see picture # 4 )
From here up to 90 work processes (depending on the model) are done by hand.
When we have reached the semi finished piece phase (see picture # 4 and picture # 2)
we import the goods with our US company EUROLAZ, LLC
In this phase, scissors are not yet functional and therefore not ready for sale.
The rest of the work processes are 100% handcrafted by myself in Florida.
I go through the following work processes: assembling, straightening, sharpening, honing, oiling, adjusting, final polishing, etc. and finally checking the quality.
I could also demonstrate this work at our market booth.
Only through my craftsmanship is a pair of scissors ready for sale.
Almost Every Steel instrument is made the same way from Raw Stainless Steel to Forged Piece
and then from going through different processes to a complete Scissors, Tweezers,or pliers.
I learned toolmaker 40 years ago during my 3 year technical college education in Europe and for more than 25 years I have been using this skills in our company
We have been Florida residents with my wife since 3 years and with great effort and hard work we are in the process of building a new business partnership.

To make our program complete we have bought some nail files, like glass nail file and sapphire nail file
If these items do not allow our acceptance, we can remove them from our booth and not sell on the Tampa Bay Markets
We would greatly appreciate if you would still see an opportunity to give us a chance to promote our products
Please see also attached pictures.
