We are a specialty coffee roasting company located in Windsor Mill, MD. We source and roast specialty grade coffees and we blend specialty grade loose leaf teas. We supply our coffees and teas to cafes, restaurants and catering companies, in addition to providing to individuals through our website, our cafe at our roasting facility and at farmers markets. At farmers markets we sell our bags of freshly roasted coffees and teas and serve hot coffee by pour-over method, hot loose leaf teas, cold brew coffee, nitro cold brew coffee and nitro cold brew tea.
Derek owns and operates Gracefully Coffee Roasters along with his wife, Julie. Derek is dedicated to roasting coffee with precision and to do his part as a Roaster by honoring the hard work of the farmers and producers whom we source our coffee from.
