REAL CAJUN MARKET

Real Cajun Market started out of a true neccessatity and then grew into what it is today by a true love for authentic cajun food. Cullen and Anne Lord are the owners of Real Cajun Market and it was actaully created to get the proper ingriedents needed for thier catering company. Cullen is a chef from Baton Rouge, LA and has been cooking cajun food with his grandmother since he was 9 years old. His family owned restaurants his entire life and he started a catering business 20 years ago that he evnetually moved to Atlanta. He realized quickly when he got to Atlanta that he could not get his hands on any "real" cajun sausages to make his favorite dishes. So what did he do? You guessed it, starting making his own!!!
Today he makes 7 flavors of hand crafted smoked cajun sausage, boudin, 7 chef prepared Cajun meals to go that are heat and serve, and cajun spice packs.
He does everything from scratch and uses only clean and local ingriedents. After starting Real Cajun Market, Anne and Cullen realized they were not the only ones missing authentic cajun food in Atlanta!! They now sell thier products in 12 farmers markets and many specialty food shops in the area.
