Marcelo's Natural Process coffee is our specialty here at MM Coffee Farm. Our signature Marcelo's Natural Process coffee goes through the natural, dry processing instead of washed or honey processing. It has a balanced acidity with aromas of citrus, watermelon, and toast. The flavor profile includes: citrus, honey, and berry with a smooth, full bodied sweeter cup than other coffees. The bitter aftertaste of regular coffee is replaced with a sweet, smoky, and acidic finish in Marcelo's Natural Processed Coffee. This coffee is grown at 1300m and 1700m above sea level. All of our coffee is organic and 100% arabica beans.
