Arms Of Persephone is a floral design service by Regan Smith, a burgeoning floral designer with a passion for capturing an emotion and a story with designs that are textural, whimsical and eclectic. I value story (context, personality, and custom design), seasonality (flowers that fit the season of the year and the season of your life), and sustainability (materials bought consciously, arranged with longevity in mind and a respect for the Earth).
Regan is a budding, Tampa-raised floral designer who recently returned to Florida from a stint in Texas, where she earned a polysci degree and interned under established florists, trading her desk job for floral shears and investing a in a dream to grow a floral design studio that meets farms, communities and customers where they're at and contributes to each in a meaningful and intentional way. She resides in Saint Petersburg with her husband Jay and their rescue pup, Ellen Ripley.
