Exley Farms
Vendor
We're one Central Texas family — farmers, beekeepers, gardeners, and artisans — bringing three family farms to a single booth. Not a conglomerate; Not Homestead Heritage; one family that grows the produce, keeps the bees, raises the hens, and handcrafts everything else we sell. Our home base is in Waco, with family farms in Jarrell and Flatonia. We've been at this a while: 20+ years keeping honeybees (a journey that began in 2005 with Nate's youth beekeeping scholarship), and 10 years at Georgetown's Wolf Ranch Farmers Market, where we were one of the very first vendors (look for Mom's cute red trailer!) — plus other markets as our capacity allows.
At our booth, you'll find:
• Nate's Ice-cold bottled Kombucha and Beth's crispy sourdough crackers - brewed and baked with love in small batches.
• Seasonal produce from Nate's garden — fresh and dried Herbs, plus Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Melons, Gourds, and Luffas (yes, the loofah kind).
• Second Chance Eggs from Paul and Carina's farm (Double Gate Family Farm) — hens rescued from larger egg operations and given a second life on real pasture, laying bigger, richer brown, blue, and green eggs. Also carried by Misfits Market.
• Raw Wildflower Honey and Mom's Creamed Honey, and Honey Fudge — plus small-batch goods made from beeswax and honey: her award-winning Lip Balm (it beat Burt's Bees and Tom's in a blind test on the Georgetown square, and we haven't changed the recipe since), Shampoo Bars, Dry Lotion Sticks, and Vegan Soaps. Don't leave without her Pecan Pie in a Jar.
We grew it, we keep the bees, we raise the hens, and we make the rest by hand. Meet your farmers.
