We grow a variety of specialty mushrooms including Chestnut, Blue Oyster, Italian Oyster, Pioppino, King Oyster, Lion’s Mane, and Shiitake mushrooms using carefully selected genetics and sustainable growing practices. Our mission is to provide fresh, locally grown food while educating our community about the benefits of gourmet mushrooms and urban farming.
