My name is Destiny Barrett, and I am an artist & vendor. I make Temporary Tattoos! I have been doing this since 2021, started in Las Vegas, and am here to serve the Willamette area now. I love to draw for the client on the spot and make custom designs. I love sharing my artwork at the open-air markets. I am grateful to everyone who gets out there to be a part of the community.
