Baraka & Bloom is a Seattle-based artisanal food business bringing the flavors of North Africa to local markets. We specialize in Masfouf, a traditional Tunisian steamed couscous dessert made in a licensed commercial kitchen using fine couscous, dates, golden raisins, pistachios, almonds, hazelnuts, and rose water. We offer a traditional butter version, a specialty butter version layered with vanilla custard cream, and a vegan olive oil version for our vegan friends.
In addition to Masfouf, we serve handcrafted refreshing beverages including cucumber lime, strawberry rose water, carrot lemonade, pomegranate lemonade, and apple kiwi. Our beverages are made from fresh fruit, locally sourced whenever possible, and freshly squeezed with no frozen ingredients. Our goal is to introduce Seattle communities to authentic North African flavors through high-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and a product that is not commonly found in local markets.
