Hello! My name is Oak Kyaw, a professional sushi chef with over 15 years of culinary experience. I have worked as a sushi chef, sushi chef trainer, sushi chef supervisor, sous chef, and kitchen manager throughout my career.

At Let’s Go Nori, I specialize in fresh, handcrafted sushi made with high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. For farmers markets, I offer a variety of freshly prepared sushi rolls, fried sushi rolls, inari rolls, and Japanese-inspired snacks that are convenient, delicious, and made daily.

My goal is to bring restaurant-quality sushi to the local community while providing friendly service and a unique food experience. Every item is carefully prepared following food safety standards to ensure freshness and quality.
