All of our products are made with fresh and natural ingredients and we have a variety of flavors to choose from. Our options range from organic, vegan, and exotic options - with creamy, sweet, sour, spicy, tangy, and even boozy flavors. Our pops are beautifully garnished with toppings of your choice and real fruits and herbs you can actually see and taste.

Jarabe is an inspiration from my childhood upbringings of seeing my father sell paletas and raspados in the streets of East Los Angeles - a story of humility that I wish to share with all of you. Jarabe pronounced hah-rah-beh which means "syrup" in Spanish specializes in serving handcrafted Mexican-style gourmet pops along with a variety of Latino sweets and treats. With a modern touch, Jarabe hopes to showcase the best of Mexico and Latin America while recreating some of our childhood best sweets.
