We are a Florida family business located on the "First Coast" near Saint Augustine, and Dili Datil is The New Southern Accent! Already a local and regional favorite, it adds a unique, spicy taste to all your favorite foods. Good food brings people together, and Dili Datil gives everyday "down home" favorites a special brightness. Our traditional style recipes have the most complementary flavors - sweet on the front end, and finishing bright and spicy on the back end. Dili Datil is all flavor, has no preservatives, and folks love the heat level. It’s just right for almost everyone!

Along with my wife Anne, and son Patrick, we work as a team sharing the various duties. I handle product development, production and vendor liaison, Anne handles networking and brand ambassador duties, and Patrick assists with graphics, web design, and social media presence.
