Brown Butter & Co LLC

Brown Butter & Co. is a small home bakery. What started as a love of baking for family and friends has grown into a desire to share my favorite cookies with the community I call home.
I specialize in handcrafted browned butter chocolate chip cookies made in small batches from scratch. By taking the extra step to brown the butter, each cookie develops a rich, nutty flavor and soft, chewy texture that makes it stand out from a traditional chocolate chip cookie.
As a resident of the Council Bluffs area, I am excited to participate in our local farmers market and connect with neighbors while offering a simple, high-quality treat. My goal is to provide fresh baked goods, friendly service, and a product that brings a little comfort and happiness to each customer.
In addition to my baked goods, I plan to share booth space with an 11-year-old entrepreneur, Casey Johnson, who designs and creates 3D-printed items such as phone accessories and other useful everyday products. This provides him with an opportunity to learn about small business ownership, customer service, creativity, and responsibility while participating in a local community event.
