Island Noodles can be found at many of the major festivals in Florida, and around the country. We offer a unique and healthy alternative to typical festival food options. Our product is made with yakisoba noodles, which we combine with 21 fresh vegetables and our signature sauces. We slice our fresh vegetables directly into custom made wok stoves and stir-fry them along with the noodles.
