We have been selling baked goods at local farmer's markets for 9 years. We call ourselves "Legacy Bakers" because practically all of our recipes originated from family recipes, some over 6 generations old. We have been selling at the Monroe Farmer's Market since 2016. We are a home based business. We sell biscotti, loaf cakes, pound cakes, cream cheese butter pastries, soft granola triangles, macaroons, aggression pan squares, and occasionally egg bread rolls. All of our baked goods are from scratch, and we never use artificial ingredients nor preservatives. We have two mottoes: "offering a quality product at a reasonable price, and strive to exceed the patron's expectations" and "we make a small difference in lots of people's lives, one bite at a time".
