Herb - Roselle/Hibiscus Leaf

Roselle is the cut leaf and sometimes calyxes of certain Hibiscus plants. It's delicious and very nutritious as a tea or cold drink; the sour flavor is the basis of Caribbean sorrel beverages. The leaves can be lightly cooked to add flavor to meals as well.
