We are a new small business here in the Beaufort County area, focusing on cheesecakes & ice cream. While this may sound simple, our process is far from that. We provide small-batch, made from scratch products and take pride in locally sourcing the majority of our ingredients throughout South Carolina and Georgia.
Eric Buss
A native of Beaufort, South Carolina, Chef Eric Buss fully encompasses the meaning of hospitality. His culinary career began in Charleston, South Carolina, where he was trained in classic French techniques and worked for several years before venturing to Los Angeles, California. With nearly 16 years in the restaurant industry, and over a decade of private events, it is no secret that Eric understands food composition, and has an extensive knowledge of baked goods, ice cream, & pastries. Eric brings to the table Lowcountry cuisine that exudes freshness, while supporting local businesses and local farmers. All of this while doing his part in leaving a lighter carbon footprint, using eco-friendly products as much as possible.
