Savory Tarts

Our seasonal tart ingredients are dictated by whats in season and available locally. We offer lamb tarts with swiss chard and feta cheese and vegetable savory tarts as well. Options include: spinach, mushroom and asparagus with goat cheese, Grilled summer squash with scallions and homemade basil garlic scape pesto, roasted ratatouille tarts with fresh herbs and asiago and in the fall, roasted butternut squash with goat cheese and arugula.
