We sell cakes whole or slices. Also sweet treats such a chocolate covered cookies, pretzels, cake pops, popcorn, marshmallow and the like.
I was in the Medical Field for over 28 years. My daughter and I cooked and baked for family and friends for special occasions and gathering. My daughter’s passion and dream were to has a food truck to share her tasty food and my desserts. She was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes at age of 9. As she got older, she loved to cook even when she did not feel well. Her friends also enjoyed her cooking. She had many struggles with her illness however she would talk about owning a food truck to let others experience her tasty burgers, wings, special rosemary and truffle fries and cheese sauces. After high school her condition worsened suffering from chronic pancreatitis, she was on the donor transplant list for pancreas and kidney. Unfortunately, she died before her dream was realized. So, I took my grief and her passion to carry her dream for us to share our love for food and desserts with people. And that's is when Breezy Kakes, my daughter Chambrelle "breezy" the name we called her was born. So along with my other daughter and family we are realizing her dream. In her memory.
