My family opened their first restaurant in 1975 in Arlington,VA. In 1992 they sold the restaurant and opened a bakery in Springfield, VA. We opened our first Perfect Pita in 1994 and currently operate 8 locations. We wholesale our handmade pita bread and hummus to Whole Foods, Safeway, Wegman's and Food Lion. We have expanded our wholesale to Virginia and Maryland wineries as well. We are locally run by family and would love the opportunity to bring our fresh products to the Farmer's Market. We make everything in house, including our marinated, cooked and sliced chicken and steak. We have USDA seals on all our packaged meat.

I have been working for my parents since I finished school in 1994. At least "officially" full time in the business. I grew up in the restaurant. My parents have recently retired and I have become the majority stock holder. We are officially a Woman Owned Business and SWAM certified. We have employees that have been with us over 20 years. Our staff members become family. We are very blessed with our hard working crew.
