In July of 2019 we opened up a full blown sit down restaurant in the small town of Dibble Oklahoma. In the summer of 2020 we found that with Covid and all the world's craziness, we were better off serving other locations and farmers markets with our products instead. We closed the dining of the restaurant and we have converted to a Tamale, Enchilada, Tortillas, Chips, queso, and hot sauce distributor. Business is good and growing. We currently supply 3 Grocery/Coop's and we are a part of 3 farmers markets for the time being. We would like to add this one to our list if possible.
We were raised in a little bitty small town 92 miles north of Amarillo, Tx by the name of Spearman. We were raised humbly, but never wanted for anything, especially food. Our mothers did plenty of cooking. Simple, hearty, but delicious meals cooked with love just like the mothers before them. Mom always said, it's not the ingredients, but the amount of love put into a recipe that makes it delicious. we couldn't agree more. We opened up our business in July of 2019.
