Started keeping bees in 2009, Purchased honey ice cream business from Art and Vera Gelder in 2014. Then expanded our bee operation and ice cream, Both my wife and I had retired from our regular jobs and took the bees and ice cream on a full time basis.

Our staff has significantly down sized with corvid this past year, we are currently to just four of us producing the ice cream, Nancy, my wife takes care of all the bees and harvesting of the honey, also she makes running a business look easy,
