In 2011, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. This damning diagnosis changed my life forever. I changed my diet along with medication to heal, following a grain free, gluten free, refined sugar free diet. While on this diet, my health improved but, I missed cookies and cakes and also sentimental moments of celebrating with sweets.
I started baking with almond flour & coconut flour and sweetened my creations with fruits and honey. I was constantly asked to share my goodies. I am delighted to see that we are helping people who are following a Paleo lifestyle, or those with allergies.
My goal is to make it sincerely easy to live gluten & grain free!
