Sugar Shack Creamery

Sugar Shack Creamery is a small 27 acre family run farmstead goat microdairy, creamery and maple farm located in Garrison NY. Joni originally started raising and milking goats so her family could have fresh goats milk to drink, and then learned cheese making in her kitchen for fun. Now, nearly 20 years later she and her husband Charles tend a heard of 125 goats. They make chèvre, “Goaty Yogi” goats milk yogurt smoothies, thick and creamy Greek Yogurt, Cabecou (slightly aged marinated goat cheese in a bath of truffle & garlic oil ), feta in a salt brine, and they bottle their sweet and impeccably clear and clean tasting milk.
